Regional Account Executive
Job Description
A team who manages wholesale and installer customer base. Responsible for managing high profile accounts for Wholesale Organizations, Business customers, and Installers. Requires a great level of professionalism and organizational skills.
A successful candidate must be able to:
Display strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, willing attitude, critical thinking skills, and be cognizant of process development and department improvement.
Show an ability to learn or display a strong and solid understanding of the technical aspects and components of our products.
Function effectively in an environment of high-pressure sales and support.
Ability to collaborate with other departments, managers, and other staff to come up with solutions to customer problems with accuracy and efficiency.
Stay organized and composed when dealing with customers who have an ever-expanding role and agenda. Maintain pricing structures even when asked for deep discounts.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:
The ability to connect and relate to individuals from all backgrounds and regions in our service area
Willingness to develop and learn the skills needed to be a competent and confident sales team member who can facilitate a growing business relationship with high profile clients.
Self-control in high stress situations with unsatisfied customers and still provide impeccable customer service.
Motivation to achieve the desired results of management, especially when left unsupervised.
Ability to sympathize with the plight of our customer. The solar industry is a complicated one and the person in this position should find ways to make it more comfortable for our customer base.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in a customer service or account management position
Willingness to learn and understand the solar industry thoroughly.
Experience with business-to-business sales process
