As Head of IT Strategy, reporting to the VP IT Operational Excellence, you’ll be responsible for shaping initiatives that align technology with business goals, support transformation, and deliver measurable impact. A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks

• Oversee the rollout and execution of the Global IT Strategy across regions and business units.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and monitor their impact.
• Continuously assess emerging technologies and market trends.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across the business.
• Define KPIs and governance frameworks for strategic initiatives.
• Support innovation and transformation programs that deliver business value.

EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

• Over 6 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or strategic program management. Preferably worked within a Strategy, Business or IT Consulting company or internal Consulting department within a large corporation. 
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and business processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic mindset with analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and the ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
