Mobility Configuration Representative presso Granite Telecommunications, LLC

General Summary of Position:

As an Entry-Level Mobility Configuration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting mobile devices, ensuring they function optimally within our clients' environments. You will work closely with our team of mobility experts to provide top-notch configuration services and exceptional customer support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configure mobility devices (routers, smartphones, tablets, SIM cards) according to client specifications
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on a multitude of mobility appliances
• Maintain detailed records of customer parameters through system builds for billing and service records
• Work collectively with other departments to effectively communicate order status’ and projected timelines
• Conduct quality checks on configured devices to ensure they meet client requirements and provide proper and expected functions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, SD-WAN
• Knowledge of Wireless and Mobility Technology and Devices
• Advanced Business rules navigation and comprehension
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
• GSA P2 Clearance
