Join our collaborative SMSF team in the Gold Coast! We're seeking a motivated, flexible, and positive individual who takes initiative.
What will your typical week look like?
- Ensure timely completion of client-related tasks and document lodgements across the local office or designated region, meeting both internal and external service standards.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Client Services team — including file management, database entry, document preparation for signing, invoicing, and communication with auditors via workflow portals.
- Manage client correspondence (paper and electronic) and assist with front-of-house reception duties to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Foster strong internal relationships across service divisions, maintaining a proactive and positive approach to teamwork and shared goals.

You are someone with…..
- Demonstrated administration experience with strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisational skills — able to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally with clients and stakeholders while contributing positively as a collaborative team member.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel) with a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous development.
