We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assisted Living and Personal Care Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs

- Monitor quality assurance and improve service delivery continuously

- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to support resident well-being

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in assisted living, senior care, or related healthcare management roles

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities
