The College of Design and Social Context is seeking a Quality Advisor to assist with Curriculum Architecture work.
The Role May include
- Work collaboratively with members of the Quality Enhancement team and pro-actively with key stakeholders staff in DSC
- Provide project support for quality and compliance processes
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with all team members in the College LTQ team
- Adhoc administration
- Liaising with stakeholders
About you
- Demonstrated expertise in program administration
- Ability to triage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent Communication skills – ability to adapt communication style across a variety of stakeholders
- High level of proficiency across Microsoft Suite – focus on Word, SharePoint and Teams
- Familiarity with RMIT systems – Course Guide System and Program Guide System
- High attention to detail
- Ability to review program and course documentation for accuracy, consistency and quality
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
