Position Summary

The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for cultivating and managing long-term, outcome-focused partnerships with health system outpatient pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, and regional retail pharmacy chains. This role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to align customer challenges with EnlivenHealths innovative technology platform, ultimately driving measurable business and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage senior pharmacy executives and operational leaders to identify and understand their strategic priorities, challenges, and initiatives.
  • Position EnlivenHealth as a trusted advisor and partner through consultative sales methods.
  • Develop and implement customized account strategies that integrate customer goals with EnlivenHealths platform capabilities to optimize patient care and operational performance.
  • Lead complex sales processes including discovery, stakeholder alignment, solution configuration, and value articulation through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Serve as the primary customer advocate, coordinating internally with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for cross-solution adoption, platform expansion, and deepening of strategic partnerships.
  • Manage negotiation and contractual processes to close deals, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and business goals.
  • Apply disciplined pipeline management and forecasting methodologies to drive accurate revenue projections and sales performance.

Core Competencies

  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including specialty pharmacy trends, medication adherence, and value-based care frameworks.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain executive relationships through consultative, multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Strong financial literacy with the ability to communicate technology solutions in terms of ROI, operational efficiencies, and strategic advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in account planning and aligning tactical execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to executive and clinical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in SaaS healthcare software sales, managing consultative and complex sales cycles.
  • Preferred experience with pharmacy enablement technology, patient engagement solutions, or healthcare IT platforms.
  • Familiarity with complex sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman or Challenger.

Role Profile

  • Field-based position with home-office flexibility.
  • Requires 2550% travel.
  • Demands proactive autonomy, strong priority management, and cross-functional collaboration to execute strategic sales plans effectively.
