We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT and Computer Science Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience working with a wide range of technologies and IT systems. You will assist both the IT and development teams in troubleshooting, system maintenance, software development, and network management. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide day-to-day support for IT operations and user requests.
- Help maintain and update company software, databases, and systems.
- Collaborate with the development team on coding, debugging, and testing new software applications or tools.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, including installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network security.
- Help configure, deploy, and maintain computers and technology equipment.
- Document technical procedures, support requests, and issue resolutions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, priorities, and problem-solving approaches.
- Perform data backups, system restores, and other routine maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ (based on project focus).
- Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and networking protocols.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
