Due to growth and internal promotions, we’re looking for two commercially minded Finance Managers – Corporate FP&A to join our high-performing Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting corporate overheads reporting. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Enterprise FP&A, you’ll play a key role in partnering with senior leaders to deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Drive Financial Performance
Lead the end-to-end reporting and analysis of corporate costs across the organisation—identifying key drivers, spotting trends, and fostering a “no surprises” culture.

 

Partner with Senior Leaders
Present results and insights to senior stakeholders, helping drive accountability and informed decision-making. Your financial guidance will support strategic planning and business outcomes.

 

Challenge and Improve
Continuously challenge assumptions and processes, driving initiatives that improve control, transparency, accuracy, and simplicity across corporate finance.

 

Build Trusted Relationships
Be a valued business partner to senior leaders, HR, and the wider finance team—building strong relationships and influencing outcomes through clear, insightful communication.

 

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Skills That Count

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Extensive experience in corporate/cost accounting, planning, and business partnering within a large ASX Group Finance team or Big 4 Accounting function
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement
  • Experience with Anaplan (or similar), ideally as a model owner
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware, curious, and confident in explaining the “why” behind the numbers
  • Skilled in driver-based analysis and autonomous problem solving
