The Opportunity
Weâre looking for experienced and driven Senior Transport Consultants to join our dynamic Transport Consulting team in London. Youâll play a key role in shaping transport strategies and development planning for high-profile projectsâfrom major regeneration schemes like Canada Water and Euston Station to international masterplans in the Middle East and Bhutan. While the role is London-based, thereâs flexibility to support our Cambridge or Southampton offices, offering autonomy and the chance to build local networks.

Youâll lead technical delivery across a diverse portfolio, including housing developments, infrastructure upgrades, and public sector initiatives. Expect to manage Transport Assessments, Environmental Statements, and advise on sustainable transport, active travel, and inclusive design solutions.Â

Requirements
Proven experience managing development planning projects with strong technical deliveryÂ
Skilled in transport planning, design development, and applying relevant design guidanceÂ
Strong analytical capabilities in modelling and assessing transport demandÂ
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasivelyÂ
Passionate about sustainable transport and its role in shaping communitiesÂ
Experience working with clients and stakeholders in London and the SoutheastÂ
