Key Responsibilities:
• Network Architecture and Security: Design and implement large-scale secure network architectures, including VPCs, subnets, segmentation, security groups, routing, and network access control for over 100 accounts across major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Integrating security solutions and networking services like firewalls, DNS, CDN, IDS/IPS and encryption is vital.
• Cloud Governance Leadership: Demonstrating experience in developing and enforcing cloud governance policies and procedures for security, compliance, cost, and resource management is essential. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards is a plus.
• Security and Compliance: Experience with network security controls, compliance procedures, internet gateways, NAT gateways/instances, Network ACLs, VPC flow logs, VPC peering, VPC endpoints, Site-to-Site VPN/Direct Connect is highly desired. The ability to detect and analyze network and security anomalies is crucial for proactive problem-solving.
• Landing Zone Expertise: Hands-on experience in deploying and configuring Landing Zones in one or more public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP). Familiarity with various Landing Zone frameworks and best practices. Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform for automation is essential.
• Cloud Application Architecture Review: Expertise in reviewing the architectures of applications on azure and providing the recommendations for aligning with industry-standard principles.
• IaC – Terraform

• Migration – Workload migration, and Application migration from on-premise to cloud.
• Design – HLD, LLD, Application design
• Kubernetes – Microservices, Docker, Containers
• Training and Mentorship: Guiding and training other cloud engineers on Landing Zone, network security, and cloud governance is a core responsibility. Developing training materials and workshops.
• Flexible and Supportive: Be ready to collaborate with our US Central team, adjusting your schedule as needed. The right attitude is key!
Required Skills and Experience:
• 12+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on network security and architecture.
• Expertise in Azure and any other public clouds (AWS, GCP).
• Proven experience in implementing Landing Zones with infrastructure as code tools.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and best practices.
• Ability to develop and enforce cloud governance policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new things quickly.
• Experience in training and mentoring fellow engineers.
