Flavor Tanks Operator presso HERSHEY CREAMERY CO

Description

Daily Duties:

• Check schedule daily to see what items will be ran
• Hook mix tanks to appropriate down lines to flavor vats
• Sanitize lines, flavor vats, freezers, fillers with Matrixx
  • • Test to insure proper concentrations are being dispensed
    • Add additional sanitizer or adjust dispenser if needed

• Draw mix to flavor vats, flavor and color mix
• Fill out daily paperwork
  • Mix and flavoring quantities, times, lot numbers
• Make coloring and citric acid as needed
• Keep inventories of flavorings and inclusions. Report inventories to purchasing agent
• Take trash to dumpster and recyclables to appropriate areas
• Keep flavor vat area clean and organized
• Assist in plant as needed
• Schedule 4:30AM to completion (approximately 2:30PM)
• Starting wage of $23.11 / hour ; increased to $23.71 after 60 days of positive performance -- $35.65/hour per OT Hour
