Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial team with support on annual customer negotiations, building P&Ls to calculate volume and financial impact of price increases, changes in funding levels and new listings. This will include many updates following customer feedback and “what if” analysis
- Provide support for commercial team on promotional analysis and key reports, including rolling forecasts, R&Os and many ad-hoc requests
- Key participant in S&OP process, challenging assumptions in pre-DRMs, understanding rationale for material moves in forecasted volumes
- Contribute to delivery of the Rolling Forecasts, Risk & Ops and monitor/analyze key variances, whilst ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Key contributor to monthly BU report, including comments on brand/customer performance and outlooks. Participate in “Hot Topic” on an Ad-hoc basis
- Continued development of models and templates to ensure robust financial planning (Rolling Forecasts, Customer ID Cards, Pricing Files…)
- Support Revenue Growth agenda within TR Americas (RRSP guidelines, Promotional strategy, Price/Mix analysis, NPD P&Ls…)
- Support the Head of Commercial Finance across various tasks, including variance analysis, leading 'deep dive' investigations into key emerging or unexplained trends feeding into reporting and forecasting cycles
- Collaboration with commercial finance team members TR Americas and Europe across various tasks, projects and initiatives

Role Requirements
Essential Qualification
- Degree educated
Desirable Qualification
- Degree in Finance
- Part-Qualified/Qualified in post-grad finance qualification
Essential Experience
- Prior experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance roles
- Proficient in MS Office tools and advanced in MS Excel
- Well-developed logical, analytical problem-solving skills
- A goal driven individual that is both an independent worker and a strong team player
- Strong ethical framework, high personal integrity
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in business partnering
- Proficient in Power BI, Power Pivots, XL Cube
- Systems: Hyperion and Essbase
- Exposure to multiple currency environment
