Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional Assistant Manager for a Full-Time position at a senior 62+ affordable housing community The Terrace at Park Heights in Baltimore, Maryland. The Terrace at Park Heights is a Tax Credit senior community made up of 100 units. Habitat America, LLC is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties.

- 2+ prior property management Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant experience
- Motivated and sales oriented
- Must have good communication skills and energetic personality
- Tax credit housing experience is a plus but not required
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification is a plus
- Yardi software experience is a plus!
- Admin experience is desired
