Neil Huffman Nissan is currently in search of a Automotive Service Concierge/Customer Relations Associate.

Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner. Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Obtain customer and vehicle data.
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and help educate on the proper maintenance schedules.
  • Establish "time promised" and communicate updates.
  • Follow up progress of each repair order during the day. Contact customer by telephone regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
  • Deliver vehicle to customer and answer any questions.
  • Keep Quick Pricing Guide, Signals Checklist, Maintenance Menus, and other service department forms up-to-date.
  • Communicate with management any issues that may arise in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Friendly face and voice, reliable, and a customer first attitude. Automotive experience isn't required but a good attitude is!!
  • XTime knowledge is a plus.
