Your role
We’re looking for a Documentation Specialist to:
• assist with the documentation negotiation lifecyle from initial business requests through completion.
• assist with all ancillary documentation related to negotiations (e.g., offshore security filings)
• assist with managing and maintaining status reports for the team’s portfolio of active negotiations
• liaise with attorneys in the Legal Department and/or outside counsel as needed
• liaise with credit officers, risk managers, business representatives, operations personnel and others to resolve issues
• participate in global sub-committees and projects
• respond to internal and external client queries
• contribute to process improvements and support organizational goals by ensuring that documentation practices meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $90000 to $102500
• New York: the salary range for this role is $70000 to $90000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
