We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate an Assembly Supervisor to support our growing team.

 

Job Title | Assembly Supervisor
Location  | Dundalk, Co. Louth
Hours | Monday – Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-4pm
Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience
Responsible to | Senior Production Manager
Work Environment | Factory floor-based role with occasional office work. May require flexible working hours to support customer delivery commitments.

 The role involves overseeing the setup and daily operations of the assembly area, ensuring all equipment is functional, safety checks are completed, and production schedules and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include planning and allocating work, monitoring progress, and providing hands-on leadership to a team of assembly operators to achieve performance goals. The position requires implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring KPIs such as output, efficiency, and quality. Collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams is essential to resolve issues and optimize workflows. The role also entails ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting site inductions and safety inspections, managing subcontractors and RAMS documentation, attending project meetings, and handling end-of-shift reporting and equipment shutdown, along with other duties as assigned by management.
