LPN | Full Time Nights | OB / Labor and Delivery presso Hillsdale Hospital

Work Schedule and Shift Premiums

• 7pm to 7am | 3-days/36/hours per week including every other weekend
• 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour; 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour; weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan LPN license
• Must be pursing RN and obtain RN license within agreed upon time frame
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; OB experience preferred but not required
• BLS, NRP, ACLS required, and TEAM certification required within one year (available through Hillsdale Hospital)

Responsibilities

• Care for couplets and surgical patients
• IV starts & phlebotomy
• Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in unit specific/hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and assist with activities that enhance quality of nursing practices
