Conducts complex assurance activities to determine departmental/clinical unit/program adherence to internal controls, in compliance with established policies and procedures, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH) and state privacy legislation.
