Senior Graphic Designer presso Beehive Industries Careers

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and bring our story to life through digital, trade show, presentations, and physical environments. This role is a member of the marketing team and will collaborate with business development, HR, and operations to create compelling presentation decks and helping bring the Beehive brand to life via all design elements and assets that showcase our cutting-edge products and capabilities.  This role will collaborate closely with our external creative agency as well.

What You’ll Do:

• Design visually compelling assets not limited to presentations, one-pagers, trade show materials, brochures, facility visuals, and digital campaigns  
• Capture, edit, and produce photos and short form video
• Collaborate with business development to align creative concepts with business strategy and engagement with key customer partners
• Develop templates, graphics, and visual guidelines to strengthen Beehive’s brand identity
• Manage and maintain the company’s library of digital assets for easy access and consistent use
• Support event and trade show marketing through design of signage, displays, and promotional materials as needed
• Stay current on design trends and digital tools, including AI and motion graphics, to continuously improve creative output
• Work efficiently across multiple projects, balancing tight deadlines with high-quality execution

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of graphic design experience for both print and digital media
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, color theory, and brand storytelling skills
• Strong background in optimizing Powerpoint and Powerpoint presentations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with photography and videography (pre-production, production, post-production)
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively across teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly technical industries
• Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D animation, and/or illustration
• Experience supporting sales tools, trade show booths, or customer training materials
• Understanding of military/DoD
• Adobe certification or advanced color management expertise
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
