About the Role
The Portfolio Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic delivery of multiple programs and projects within EWC. This role ensures alignment with business objectives while optimizing operations for efficiency and quality. The individual will work across cross-functional teams, manage risks, monitor budgets, and drive the successful delivery of initiatives, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations and align with business goals.
A Day in the Life
- Portfolio Delivery Management:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure dependencies, risks, and constraints are well-managed.
- Maintain and enhance governance frameworks, ensuring the portfolio adheres to standards, processes, and reporting protocols.
- Track key milestones, outcomes, and deliverables across all projects, reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, legal, and business units, to align portfolio outcomes with strategic goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
- Facilitate portfolio governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews as needed.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage risks across the portfolio, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to relevant stakeholders, providing recommendations and action plans.
- Leadership & Change Management:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and adaptive change management.
- Manage change initiatives within the portfolio, ensuring smooth transition and adoption across teams.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio or project management, with a focus on operations and marketing management.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) software.
