Join the Global HR Support team within GEA HR Operations. From our hubs in Berlin, Bogota and Kuala Lumpur, we provide HR support, consulting, training and resolve queries on a wide range of HR topics raised by employees and managers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our colleagues offer support in the areas of on- and off-boarding, learning, talent and performance management, employee relations, employee experience, total rewards, employee & manager services, HR systems and processes.
We are looking for experienced and motivated Quality & Enablement Manager-(f/m/d) for deployment in Berlin as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Identify priorities for quality improvement & enablement, define key deliverables, develop plans & collaborate with Global & Regional Leads to action them
Monitor process & service efficiency, delivery quality & SLAs, share the insights with the Global & Regional Leads to ensure continuous improvement
Conduct regular data checks & internal audits to ensure HR data completeness and accuracy, raise issues & work to address them with the Regional teams
Review Global HR First Level Support processes, procedures, knowledge articles collaborate with the Regional teams to make sure the documentation is up to date & relevant
Proactively engage & closely collaborate with counterparts in HR Operations & CoE on joint projects & initiatives
Identify & develop optimal competency development solutions, further improve internal on-boarding process, ensure timely communication regarding HR initiatives & process updates to the team members via internal communication channels
Keep abreast of the latest developments in HR and take active measures to incorporate best practices in Global HR First Level Support processes & strengthen knowledge management practices.
Your Profile / Qualifications
BSc in Human Resources, Social Sciences or related
3+ years of professional experience across various HR areas
Focus on continuous improvement, track record of successfully implementing HR process improvement initiatives
Experience working in an international organization in a complex matrix structure
Understanding of various HR operating models, specifically shared service
Cross-cultural awareness & communication skills
Excellent stakeholder & change management skills
Reporting & people analytics skills
Proficiency in English, other languages are an advantage
