About this role:
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Communications, this role leads a team of 25 professionals, including 4 direct reports, and is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and modernization of digital communication platforms across the enterprise. As an innovative leader, this individual will drive transformation initiatives that enhance agility, operational efficiency, and employee enablement across Public Affairs, while leveraging AI and automation to elevate the user experience. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based in Charlotte, NC. The Wells Fargo job profile is Digital Product Management Director.
In this role, you will:
Set and execute the strategic direction for enterprise-wide digital communication platforms
Lead the end-to-end product roadmap for the communications portfolio—from ideation and development to launch and continuous optimization
Drive modernization of core product capabilities and operational processes, delivering scalable, enterprise-wide solutions
Oversee the deployment of AI and automation technologies to enhance user experience and achieve best-in-class standards
Establish governance structures, performance frameworks, and KPIs to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all digital products and services
Collaborate with key partners across Public Affairs, Communications, Technology, Risk, and Supplier Enablement to align digital initiatives with enterprise goals
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to build and sustain a high-performing digital product development, content publishing, and platform governance team
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives in a regulated environment
Experience developing digital product strategies for enterprise-wide communication platforms
Experience influencing Technology partners and driving alignment across the enterprise
Experience building and scaling agile delivery models across cross-functional teams
Experience implementing AI or automation tools to improve user experience and efficiency
Experience modernizing platforms and processes for scalability and agility
Experience establishing governance, KPIs, and performance frameworks for digital products
Experience leading high-performing geographically dispersed teams
