Position Overview
This position will be on-site at one of our branch locations.
- Expert in on-prem Microsoft Hyper Visor Virtualization; Architecture, Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance and Support in a N+1 High-Availability environment running in a primary and co-location data center
- Expert in on-prem SAN Enterprise Storage Solutions; Architecture, Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance and Support in a N+1 High-Availability
- Expert in Microsoft Azure; Provisioning, Architecture, Implementation, Configuration, Maintenance, Security, Support
- Expert with Microsoft Active Directory (on premise and Azure), Microsoft Server, Exchange 365, Office 365, Mimecast
- Expert in backup and recovery solutions, on-prem, on-cloud, and immutable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft System Control Center; Configuration, Patching Automation, Imaging
- Strong IT engineering security acumen; best practice standards (i.e., NIST, FFIEC, etc.), hardening procedures, defense-in-depth
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures which include system diagrams, system overviews, knowledgebase entries, service level agreements, maintenance windows, and support contact information
- Works with other IT personnel and, if necessary, consultants and/or vendors to design, implement, or support new and/or existing technology changes.
- If necessary, collaborates with outside vendors to resolve more complex hardware and/or software issues
- Works with the CIO, ISO, and IT Management to ensure the IT Disaster Recovery (“DR”) Plan is aligned with the Bank’s Business Continuity Plan and participates in planning and execution of annual DR tests
- Ensures purchasing of IT assets is in alignment with the Bank’s purchasing policy, the Bank’s approval authority matrix, is included in the approved annual IT Budget, and are charged to the correct Bank cost center

- Attends training and maintains a basic knowledge of procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing financial institutions, as they apply to your position and job responsibilities, with an emphasis on the BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology and GLBA.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Systems or 7+ years’ equivalent experience is desired.
