The Institutional Research and Assessment Analyst assists in the collection, organization, and analysis of institutional data, as well as providing support for the assessment of student learning outcomes. The person in this position will have an opportunity to work closely with staff on both the Assessment and Institutional Research sides of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment. Typical hiring range for this position is $51,183 to $65,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Required:
- A master’s degree in education assessment or quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, educational research, business administration, public policy)
- One to two years of experience in university-wide data gathering and analysis
- Experience with data base management and analysis
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey administration tool
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business analytics tools
- Foundational knowledge of best practices in program and general education assessment
