ØTo lead a team of Relationship managers- Home Loans
ØASM will be responsible for building relationship with builders & their employees  in assigned territory and need to source the Home Loan cases through a team of RM’s
ØEmpanel new connectors (Primarily property dealers) with KMBL, and sourcing Home Loan cases from them as well
ØNeed to engage with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Tech, Legal to get the case sanctioned and closed
ØManage, develop and enhance deepening of the relationship with Builder
ØResponsible for achieving team targets and sales volume.
ØEnsuring Teams Productivity along with Location Productivity
ØResponsible for Location NPS
ØManaging HNI Clients and responsible for deepening of the relationship with them
ØResponsible for cross sell of CASA and TPP.
 
 

JOB REQUIREMENT

ØShould have minimum work experience of 8-10 years
ØExpertise in Assets product
ØKnowledge of Builder market is preferred
ØAbility to manage, motivate and lead team
ØShould possess relationship building and interpersonal skills
