A Brief Overview
The Commercial Support Advocate provides the National Commercial Team with internal support and proactive customer involvement with a focus on facilitating communication and bringing in new commercial accounts to Safelite. They drive cross-functional communications internally with Safelite shops, Commercial Care, Commercial Billing and the Contact Center.
What you will do
Proactively communicates with commercial clients and Safelite shops to ensure satisfaction, address their needs, and foster long-term relationships.
Reviews open order reports and tracks order activity to provide regular status updates and manage client expectations
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary. Responsible for monitoring progress and ensuring resolution.
Acts as a user-administer for Safelite’s commercial digital platform, including setting up users, identifying defects and conducting user training for clients.
Maintains detailed and accurate records of client interactions in Salesforce.
Provides regular status updates to Account Managers regarding account activity, escalations and solutions.
Owns the catastrophe/manufacturer recall process for commercial clients, including directing the work of Field Operations and coordinating delivery of work for clients.
Performs other duties as assigned

What you will bring
High School Diploma or GED Required
1-3 years In customer support or related role Required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar tool
