Woodward Park City is seeking a Lift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient operation of all lift systems, including one fixed grip quad lift and three conveyor belts. This role leads a team of lift mechanics and technicians, managing maintenance schedules, coordinating lift projects, and ensuring all tasks are completed correctly and on time. The Supervisor plays a key role in guiding and mentoring team members, fostering growth and technical development while maintaining compliance with safety standards and operational readiness throughout the season. This is also a hands-on mechanical role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance and inspections of lift equipment.
- Lead, develop, and train lift maintenance staff.
- Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with ANSI B77 and resort safety protocols.
- Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lift maintenance or a related mechanical field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ski area operations and safety standards.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
