📝 Job Summary

We’re hiring a Shift Supervisor to help lead Base Operations for an autonomous ride-hailing company. You'll ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has experience managing teams in a technical or operational environment.

✅ Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle logistics and readiness

• Manually operate vehicles when needed

• Manage parts and inventory tracking

• Keep the workspace safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant

• Support remote site operations as needed

• Act as point of contact for your shift team

• Promote strong communication and teamwork

• Observe and coach team members to improve performance

• Onboard and train new hires

• Support data reporting and drive process improvements

🧰 Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Clean driving record (no points)

• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen

• Proficient in:

  • Google Suite / Microsoft Office (especially Excel or Sheets)

  • Jira and Confluence

  • Git (basic understanding)

• Great communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to travel locally (<20%)

• Must follow the company’s substance abuse policy
