Agency Operations Support Intern – Summer 2026

What You’ll Do:

Gain hands-on experience with the tools and resources used to support FBFS agents and field team members

• Support product owners
• Maintain and manage team SharePoint Sites

Dive into the Agent Experience — analyzing it, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to their success

• Create visuals from agent experience surveys
• Analyze themes and trends from agent experience surveys
• Provide notes taking assistance for various workshopping sessions
• Assist in building new journey maps as requested
• Assist in managing the existing maps to ensure they reflect the current experience
• Research demographics of agents that may be added to Focus Groups or for preparation in upcoming focus groups

Receive structured, hands-on training and develop a deep understanding of the agent experience, while also gaining exposure to sales and field leadership.

• Provide support in meeting preparations
• Create and manage calendar invites
• Support program administration with reporting

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• Be a current college student (Junior or Senior status).
• Be dependable, organized, and proactive.
• Maintain effective communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be team focused.
• Learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work part-time from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
