Description

Are you the life of the party? If so, we have the perfect opportunity! Our Event Sales & Marking Administrator is responsible for coordinating and booking events at all five of our locations, from birthday parties to full-building corporate events. You’ll walk inbound guests through our booking process, manage outreach to potential new clients, and work with our in-building teams to ensure flawless event execution. STATUS: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Bonus Eligible, Non-Remote

SCHEDULE: Schedule may vary depending on hours of operation; must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends. Travel is based on the need of business, and not optional.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma; or equivalent and experience of sales, marketing or both. Must have Driver’s License.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:  You will drive revenue and build brand presence. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, generating leads, managing client relationships, coordinating event promotions, and analyzing market trends. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and experience in event planning are essential.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Event Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote events.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive Event Sales.
  • Budget Management: Oversee event budgets (when applicable) and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and marketing metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with event bookers, marketing, and site-location management.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Networking: Attend industry events to build connections and enhance brand visibility
  • Follows Company guidelines for managing confidential information and guest satisfaction.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Operate in a cubicle/office & legally operate a motor vehicle.
  • Other duties may be assigned by Event Manager, and or Big Al’s Director’s Team.

  • Ability to work with clientele that may be disgruntled and/or demanding.
