Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning & Pre-Input:
Work with Production Planners and Crew Chiefs to review work scopes, identify key tasks and milestones, build workflow plans, forecast man-hours, and ensure all actions are in place before aircraft induction. - Live Input Oversight:
Act as the main point of contact during maintenance checks, produce Daily Status Reports (DSRs), including detailed Gantt charts, as well as compiling daily reports for the Senior Management team that provide clear visibility of man-hour utilisiation. Perform live audits of completed documentation and monitor task completion in AMOS. - Post-Input Review:
Manage the completion and return of work packs, lead post-input reviews, and analyse performance data to support continuous improvement.
- Experience in a similar Base Maintenance role, with Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
- Familiarity with AMOS and strong knowledge of CAA Part 145 and CAMO regulations.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong data analysis ability, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
