AP/AR Assistant presso Illinois Electric Works INC

Description

Illinois Electric Works is seeking a talented and dedicated AP/AR Assistant. This position supports the office and finance teams, allowing the rest of our team to support our customers with their electric motors, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, fans, compressors, and dust collectors.

This position consists of working on the following:

•  Assist with daily processing of vendor invoices
• Processing :
  • Purchase Orders
  • AR Collections 
  • Monthly customer statements
• Answer Phones
• Scanning documents to Motorbase 

Compensation: 

• $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience
• Benefits including eligibility for Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401 (k) program with employer match

Requirements

• 5+  years of AP/AR experience
• Use of Motorbase
• Proficient in Excel and Word documents
