Your role
We're looking for a product manager with these qualities who can:
• Support the Product Owner (Fraud) to manage a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap that aligns with broader strategic goals;
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders across the organization so that we always understand their priorities and can ensure alignment on goals and delivery;
• Lead the Pod’s daily stand-ups, weekly refinement sessions and ongoing reporting to IMO;
• Work closely with I.T. team members so that they always understand the business perspective and detailed requirements so that they are always working towards clear objectives;
• Build and maintain the product backlog by writing epics and user stories;
• Partner with multiple Crews and Pods in an agile delivery environment.
Detailed salary information:
• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $120000 to $145000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
You’ll be joining the Fraud team (Agile pod) within the Money Movement team (Agile crew). The Fraud Pod is responsible for gathering fraud requirements from UBS Bank USA and UBS Financial Services, and designing and building improvements to current fraud detection capabilities as well as integrations between UBS systems and new third-party fraud detection software so that those requirements are met.
Your expertise
• ideally 5 years of experience (showing progression/promotion) in digital product management, working on Agile scrum teams as a product manager or product owner; or as a project manager, initiative manager or business analyst leading transformation activities;
• strong analytical and issue-resolution skills;
• the ability to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts;
• the ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges;
• strong interpersonal skills – freely develops networks, builds consensus, and prioritizes effectively;
• strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in using Visio to develop process flows, Excel to compile and analyze data, and PowerPoint to develop presentations;
• unparalleled attention-to-detail;
• extensive experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and working with business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes;
• ability to manage a product roadmap
