- Creates and designs queries, code, and other programs in SQL and other data management and reporting programs.
- Translates District initiative data into information for a myriad of stakeholder groups.
- Communicates effectively on trends and patterns to support decision-making.
- Coordinates communications with central and campus administrators, counselors, teachers, and parents concerning analytics for strategic initiatives.
- Represents the department in meetings as needed to remain informed and ensure full integration of analytics for strategic initiatives in alignment with District goals.

- Contributes and collaborates on professional learning and communication regarding the School Performance Framework for campus and central administrators, promoting a focus on researched-based best practices related to adult learning and professional growth.
- Stays abreast of current trends in the areas of school performance evaluation and metrics.
- Develops data reports and stakeholder presentations based on analyses of current and trend data on progress toward goals and constraints.
- Assists with developing strategies for data components to inform continuous improvement toward goals and constraints.
- Coordinates development of professional learning on data usage at District Service Center, campus, and teacher levels to positively impact student outcomes.
- Coordinates continuous improvement procedures for professional learning on data usage and establishment of a data culture to support student outcomes.

Position Purpose
Coordinates implementation and continuous improvement of the District Strategic Initiatives Analytics System, consistent with District goals and applicable laws, under the supervision of the Director of Strategic Initiative Analytics.
