Job Purpose

The Senior SailPoint IdentityNow Developer will design, develop, and implement advanced solutions on the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. This role focuses on custom coding, workflow automation, access reviews, and system integrations to support enterprise identity management and security requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Solutions: Design, build, and test complex workflows, rules, custom code, and configurations within SailPoint IdentityNow to meet business and security requirements.
• Technical Coding: Apply expertise in Java/J2EE, Bean Shell/JavaScript, PowerShell, and JSON to deliver high-quality, documented solutions and test artifacts.
• Integration Management: Configure and maintain seamless integrations between IdentityNow and enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure, Office365, ServiceNow, and PAM solutions.
• Governance Development: Design and implement access reviews, custom reports, and support RBAC, access governance, and segregation of duties (SOD) policies.
• Best Practices: Follow established development best practices, use source control (e.g., Bitbucket), and manage work items in agile project management systems (e.g., Jira).
• System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the IdentityNow platform for performance, stability, and security.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java/J2EE, Bean Shell/JavaScript, PowerShell, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL/Oracle queries.
• Deep understanding of IGA standards and protocols, including SCIM, OAuth, REST API, and SAML.
• Experience with development tools such as VSCode, source control platforms like Bitbucket, and agile project management systems such as Jira.
• Solid understanding of core IAM concepts including Role-Based Access Control, Access Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management, and SOD policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint Certification (e.g., IdentityNow Engineer or Architect).
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with logging frameworks such as log4j.
