Stripe is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Event Content Marketing Lead to drive impactful narratives across our flagship first- and third-party events in the region. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and event experience—shaping everything from keynote storytelling to product demo programming. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, sales, and event production teams to craft compelling executive-facing content, lead speaker coordination and training, and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across every touchpoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly responsible for content program across major first and third-party events in the region.
- Contribute to initial event planning, strategy, and programming.
- Develop event content strategy in partnership with product marketing teams and drive alignment with senior stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of all event content, including keynotes, breakout sessions, and product demos.
- Work with the Event Producer to oversee the design of all event content, including keynotes, breakout sessions, and product demos.
- Coordinate internal and external speaker selection and confirmation, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Event Production stakeholders.
- Manage existing speaker training programme, coordinating speaker participation and owning agency relationships.
- Coordinate internal speaker rehearsal schedule, both virtually and in-person.
- Contribute to live event content management, in partnership with the Corporate Events team.
- Drive post-event retrospectives on content and capture learnings for future
- events.
- Run quarterly meetings with regional marketing teams to ensure that all committed third-party events have a clear content resourcing plan.
- Ensure the repository of event content is kept up-to-date for regional marketing teams to use at third-party events.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in crafting narratives and content within a marketing function (product, solution, or field) and driving growth at 1st and 3rd party events.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrable involvement with diverse audiences and countries.
- Proven track record in creating and implementing high-impact, successful customer engagement content.
- Good leadership and influencing skills; able to inspire and direct a matrixed team.
- Broad knowledge of event best practices, up-to-date with industry innovations.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a sharp eye for detail.
- This role will require business travel across the region.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficiency with presentation software (Google Slides, Keynote ideal)
- (For EMEA): French language is a huge plus
