Position Overview

The Clinic Front Desk Security/Greeter serves as the first point of contact for all patients, visitors, and staff entering the clinic. This role is crucial to creating a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere while upholding the clinic’s policies and ensuring a smooth flow of people through the facility. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, hospitality, and vigilance, balancing the needs of customer service and security within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Reception: Warmly welcome all individuals entering the clinic with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring every patient and visitor feels acknowledged and respected.
  • Security Screening: Monitor entrances and exits, enforce visitor policies.  Ensuring parking lot safety.
  • Incident Reporting: Observe and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security incidents to the appropriate personnel and complete necessary documentation.
  • Emergency Response: Act as an initial responder in emergencies, including medical situations, fire alarms, or security threats; follow clinic procedures to alert authorities and guide evacuations if required.
  • Customer Service: Answer questions and provide information about clinic services, facilities, and policies in a friendly and clear manner.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients, visitors, staff, and security personnel to ensure clear and effective communication of concerns or issues.
  • Environment Management: Keep the lobby and front desk area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
