The Teller Training Specialist builds and maintains strong customer and employee relationships. Will develop teller procedures and conduct training to ensure compliance with Cornerstone Bank policies.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for onboarding new employees with teller responsibilities and conduct follow up training as needed. Assist with maintaining a well-organized, detailed teller procedure manual and ensure procedures are adhered to consistently at all locations. Will assist the Training Department with developing and coordinating internal training and development programs. Will assist with maintaining the Bank’s intranet.
Qualifications:
Equivalent to a high school education and front-line banking experience preferred. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Comfortable in conducting one on one and small group presentations and trainings. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work efficiently in a team atmosphere and independently while balancing multiple tasks. Ability to deliver unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank. Some travel is required for this position.
