Summary/Objective

The Skip Supervisor will support and develop a team of Skip and/or Forward team members.  The team leader will manage the daily activities of their team members, ensuring compliant, efficient, and effective completion of assigned tasks and support the operational management of the department.

 

Essential Functions

  • Provide daily direction to team members to ensure client assigned workload is completed in accordance with client specified service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Coach and develop team members, targeting improvement in established key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist team members with customer escalations, vendor issues, and high priority client requests as required
  • Conduct audits of team member work queues and review of customer phone calls to identify areas of opportunity and recognize team member best practices
  • Time and attendance maintenance of team members, including payroll approval/verification, time off tracking, and shift and break adherence monitoring
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations, corrective action, and other coaching and development activities as needed
  • Ensure team member adherence to all aspects of regulatory compliance, client specific requirements, and SLAs
  • Serve as key point of contact for clients, helping to build mutually beneficial relationships with Location Services’ valued client partners
  • Support executive management in ongoing initiatives as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED diploma or equivalent required 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in business related field, preferred 
  • Minimum 2 years in auto-finance, collections, or call center experience required
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. 

 

Physical Requirements

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.  May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs.  Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
