Dispatcher presso First Legal

Position Summary:

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating clients/schedules to provide logistics for couriers and field staff to ensure timely delivery.

Job Duties:

• Review the documents being served on the client’s behalf. Print or e-mail the documents for the server.
• Provide any special instructions as indicated by the client.
• Make sure the job is assigned to the server in Serve Manager.
• Dispatch the work and follow up with Servers for status.
• Addressing client questions and solving issues
• Scheduling and dispatching field staff and process servers to the appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, client requests or immediate needs
• Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from field staff and/or clients.
• Using telephones, two-way radios, or text messages to contact staff.
• Speaking with supervisors or clients to resolve problems, requests for services.
• Preparing daily workload schedules for field team and process department.
• Preparing work orders for or receiving work orders from clients
• Being in charge of communications within company assigned areas.
• Keeping and organizing work requests, client requests, completed work requests, and other information.

Job Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years of previous experience as an Office Team Lead or similar role.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of clients accounts.
• Computer skills, including word processors and spreadsheet software.

Schedule/Location:

• In Office - Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
