Roles & Responsibilities:
Material Expeditor-
- Coordinate Material Flow: Ensure the timely movement of materials from suppliers to production areas to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: Track inventory and reorder materials as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing production delays.
- Inspect Received Materials: Check received materials for quality and accuracy against purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies to suppliers and procurement teams.
Timekeeper-
| Will assist in day-to-day field operations paperwork including writing requisitions, tracking costs, assisting with payroll, filing, and setting up job folders. The employee will need to be highly organized, ability to work independently and follow thru a project, multi-task is critical, meet deadlines, and punctual. Employee must have good phone and communication skills and the ability to maintain relations with our vendors, clients and employees. |
