We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Administrator to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive attitude toward building and supporting a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive attitude toward building and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support employee recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Post and manage job openings and coordinate interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and benefits documentation.
  • Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate deductions.
  • Administer PTO, time, and attendance tracking.
  • Assist with benefit renewals, open enrollment, and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate annual reporting requirements (ACA, 401k testing, etc.).
  • Support the performance review process (tracking and documentation).
  • Handle employee relations and HR policy communication.
  • Support workers’ compensation claims and reporting.
  • Coordinate employee training and development logistics.
  • Manage termination and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and maintain OSHA 300 reporting.


  • Must-Haves:
  • 1–3 years of HR administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
