Gulfcoast Harley-Davidson is looking for a commercial building maintenance person. With lots of enthusiasm, excellent attitude, outstanding cleaning skill, and attention to details. Knowledge in the following trades: painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, irrigation is a plus.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Company-paid training for new candidates.
- We will train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
- Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
