Summary/Objective
The Spot Welder is responsible for the operation of spot weld machinery for the organization.

Essential Functions

• Use of Spot Welding machinery to weld components to fabricate scale parts and accessories, as instructed.
• Must read and clearly understand blueprints or other written documents, as well as verbal fabrication instructions.
• Use of fixtures or jugs, as required.
• Responsible for machine setups and welds, including weld quality.
• Verification that finished work is in conformance.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 

Preferred Education and Experience

• Two (2) years of factory/manufacturing experience with similar equipment
• Welding Certification is a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 2nd shift- 3:30 p.m. to midnight., 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
