Schedule & Work‑Life Balance
- PRN role with 2–4 twelve‑hour shifts per month, based on your availability.
- No on‑call obligations; weekend shifts are rotated among providers.
- Ideal for providers seeking occasional shifts to supplement other work or maintain clinical skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Hourly pay range of $55–$70. In addition to the hourly rate, productivity incentives reward clinicians for high-quality care and efficient clinic operations.
Malpractice: Company‑paid malpractice insurance.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive urgent‑care services to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
Perform common procedures, including laceration repair, wound care, abscess drainage, splinting, and minor orthopedic reductions.
Order and interpret diagnostics (lab work, imaging) and prescribe medications appropriately.
Educate patients and their families on diagnoses and treatment plans, ensuring clear and concise discharge instructions.
Complete documentation in the EMR on the day of service and collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
What You Bring
Licensure: Active North Carolina Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and national certification (FNP‑C or PA‑C).
Active DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certifications.
Minimum one year of urgent‑care, emergency‑medicine, or primary‑care experience preferred; new graduates may be considered for select clinics with proper training and mentorship.
DOT Medical Examiner certification is a plus.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and comfortable managing 3–4 patients per hour.
Strong communication skills and a patient‑first mindset.
