We’re looking for a curious and analytical Entry-Level Business Analyst Apprentice to join our Global Technology Architecture team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology, data, and problem-solving to help shape digital products and services. You’ll work closely with architects, software engineers, and UX designers to turn business needs into scalable, tech-driven solutions.
This is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
What you’ll learn & achieve:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for product or process improvement.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Create and maintain documentation such as business process models, wireframes, and reports.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
- Interest in technology, digital products, and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Internship or academic project experience in a tech or software development environment.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or SQL.
What we offer:
- Total Rewards: The hourly rate for this role is $30.00. This apprenticeship is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
