The Role
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure our platforms deliver a seamless and reliable experience. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on manual testing, identifying issues across our web and mobile applications, and working closely with developers to ensure defects are resolved.
Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to test automation—helping us build out a more scalable QA process.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their QA career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Test Execution – Perform manual testing on customer-facing and internal applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance
- Bug Tracking – Identify, document, and track software defects with clarity and detail
- Collaboration – Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Regression Testing – Ensure new features don’t break existing functionality
- Test Documentation – Write and maintain test cases, checklists, and testing documentation
- Automation Growth – Contribute to creating automated test cases as skills and team needs evolve.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 1–3 years of professional experience in software QA (manual testing)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly document issues
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Familiarity with scripting or programming (JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.)
- Experience testing eCommerce, payment flows, or streaming platforms
- Interest in sports, collectibles, or fan-driven communities

Compensation
- Salary: Up to $75,000, depending on experience and skills
