Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and strategic HR professional to join us as a Manager – HR. In this role,

you will be a key partner in building and driving our people agenda, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and

performance. This dual-role position combines HR Operations and HR Business Partnering, playing a pivotal role in

shaping and executing our people strategy while ensuring seamless day-to-day HR functioning. The ideal candidate will

be adept at managing the entire employee lifecycle, driving compliance, building and optimizing HR processes, and

aligning people practices with broader organizational goals through impactful employee engagement and experience

initiatives.

This role will also play a critical part in setting up and institutionalizing HR systems, policies, and processes—including

the implementation of tools like HRIS—to support the company’s scale and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Establish and implement core HR policies and frameworks.
  • Evaluate and deploy HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, performance management tools).
  • Drive standardization and scalability of HR processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, onboarding, payroll input, attendance, leave management, exit formalities etc.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with India labour laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act etc)
  • Ensure accurate data management and reporting
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams for HR related reconciliations and documentation
  • Vendor Management for HR services (background checks, labour consultants etc)HR Business Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders; align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-settin, reviews and feedback.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and company culture.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, grievance handling and conflict resolution
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance trends) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Build and manage learning and development systems for capability building and training interventions

Qualifications:

  • 10–14 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up HR infrastructure (policies, tools, systems, and scalable processes).
  • Strong understanding of Indian Labour Laws and HR Compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to decision making
  • Proven experience in partnering with business leaders in a high-growth setup.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
