The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships within the assigned book of business. This role involves a comprehensive approach to customer engagement, including meeting, video calling, and telecalling customers. The primary focus is on cross-selling asset and liability products, as well as third-party investment offerings, to deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various channels (in-person, video call, tele call) to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cross-sell asset and liability products, including home loans, LAP, personal loans, gold loans, working capital, and more, to existing customers.
  • Deepen relationships with customers by offering tailored liability products and ensuring timely conversion of business opportunities.
  • Convert leads generated by VRM and CEC teams into successful sales, driving business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset teams to ensure efficient and timely conversion of business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent service and upgrading their category status.
  • Acquire new customers through family household referrals and cross-sell business services to existing customers.
  • Demonstrate and explain the bank's facilities and services to customers, both online and offline, to enhance their banking experience.
  • Enroll customers in relevant services that align with their financial goals and needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in cross-selling financial products and services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services, including asset and liability offerings.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the dynamic banking industry.
